This blog uses a newly developed Wordpress real estate plugin which allows managing of real estate property listings through the standard blogpost administration.

Real estate agents have a need to publish on the web property listings which they manage. There are numerous platforms which support this functionality, and some applications are easy to work with, while others are hard. However, almost all of these platforms miss something: some functionality, usability, customization ability, etc.
After spending huge amount of time on updating my info and property listings with the combination of several other real estate systems (CMSMadeSimple, JadeTools, 2Point, WordPress, etc.), I decided to move everything to WordPress to optimize my web-site performance, as well as manage my blog posts and listings at the same time.
Wordpress is an amazing publishing platform which enables users to change the look and feel of their website, as well as add numerous new functionalities using some of the hundreds of free plugins.
There were few available real-estate related plugins (both free and commercial), but none of which had the simplicity and usability that I needed. This is the reason why I invested in the development of a new, simple, and functional Real-Estate WordPress Plugin.
Plugin
Real-Estate plugin currently works with the iNove-Listings theme (based on iNove and modified to support this Real-Estate plugin), although with small modifications of relevant theme template files, it can work with many other themes. Next version (to be published soon) will by default support almost all themes.
Another plugin complements this one, and supports multiple tag browsing. Currently it is a separate Real-Estate Search plugin, but soon will become an integral part of a ‘Real-Estate’ plugin. It can also be used independently, but needs some CSS related modifications.
Theme
Among numerous existing WordPress themes, and an option to develop a new one, I selected a simple and popular iNove as a basis for the modified one that will support real estate property listings and image gallery: iNove Listings.
Installing this iNove-Listings theme along with above Real-Estate plugin will enable real estate agents to host their listings on Wordpress platform, and to manage them in the same way other pages and posts are managed on Wordpress.

Property Listings
One of the reasons above plugin and theme were developed is to reduce time needed to manage my property listings. However, although sufficient, they have only basic functionality — which was after all the original aim — to develop simple and usable real-estate property listings and image gallery functionality while in the same time using a selection among hundreds of existing WordPress plugins to customize and improve other aspects of the web-publishing process. Therefore I provide above list of suggested plugins.
Dom Rep
Author will be continuously improving iNove-Listing theme and Real-Estate plugin options and functionalities, and make them more usable. Since this is initial release (12/06/2009), every feedback and feature request will be greatly appreciated,
